Local Writers Need Homes
Indie bookshops champion Irish voices because they deserve more than one sad shelf beside the till -they need space, visibility, readers, enthusiasm, and booksellers who will make a fuss.
We are very good at making a fuss.

Sometimes a book does not need a campaign - it needs a bookseller who believes in it.

Independent Bookshop Week started yesterday, but it was also Yeats’ birthday, and I felt weirdly guilty about him having to share oxygen with Bloomsday.
I know. Irrational. I make no sense.
Anyway, W. B. has had his moment. Now it’s our turn.
