It really is true that time heals most things, or at least can make them feel better. I genuinely did not think things would be okay for me again lol but if you are ever struggling like I was please reach out to loved ones, ask for support when and where you need it, and know that it gets easier.
This spring I had something unspeakable happen to me, and then immediately afterwards a loved one died. I’m doing better but I took such a hit mentally for a while. I do very poorly with feeling powerless & even worse with feeling guilty, so I’m sorry for how weird and off I got there for a bit lol
