There will be plenty of interviews to come as we show you this new Legion, but I wanted to say as we crafted issue #1, we knew it had to be really accessible.
It was important the series was new reader friendly, while also honoring the stories of the past.

I merged elements from different Legions to build a new story that starts fresh and accessible. We're taking the series deeper into sci-fi and the weird. Unpredictable and unexpected.
I didn't want to overload the cast with too many characters. I wanted to show the formation of the Legion.

Along with @tamrabonvillain.bsky.social and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, it's amazing to work with this dream team to bring the new series to life. Before we dive too much into Legion talk I just want to show off Hayden's stunning inks for a two-page spread in the first issue. Welcome to the future.
Introducing our team to show why we love them from the beginning. These kids, inspired by Superboy, live in a world that hates superheroes.
But their optimistic energy and adventures bring them together against a common enemy while carrying Superman's legacy into the future.
