Man, looking back through my main introduction to the Warhammer World -the 5th Edition Undead army book- much of the interior art is classic Blanche. This piece has always fascinated me:
John Blanche was probably THE defining vision of the Warhammer universe, especially when it came to the gritty “grim dark” settings like Mordheim and Inquisitor. His presence will be greatly missed, but his art will continue to inspire forever.
