Extremely interesting panel from #CODP on chatbot confidentiality. Apparent that true E2E encryption as privacy by design of say health chatbot chats cannot be reconciled w duties to report under art 18 DSA. Which makes rollout of ChatGPT Healthetc in EU impossible?
