This mural, “Whaling Wall,” was gifted to downtown Dallas in 1999 by Andrew Wyland. He painted it to bring attention to whale conservation efforts. They painted over it for some shitty FIFA artwork and now are upset that they’re not seeing the tourist bookings. Meanwhile, Dallas OUTRAGED.
