Online now: STAT3 interference-driven nanomodulators reverse lipid metabolism-associated chemoresistance and potentiate metalloimmunotherapy in breast cancer
Pei et al. develop an activable nanoplatform NiS@ALB for co-delivery of Ni2+ and H2S to initiate metalloimmunotherapy and modulate STAT3 signaling-mediated lipid metabolism, which synergistically potentiates the chemosensitivity and immunogenicity of breast cancer. The combination with chemotherapy and αPD-1 elicits potent systemic immune response and suppresses breast tumor progression and metastasis.
