'Stop Killing Games' has failed to secure new EU legislation to keep games playable after official support has ended, despite having 1.3 million signatures
The EU says it βcannot propose a legal obligationβ requiring publishers to keep games playable after they stop being sold commercially

As disappointing as this decision is, SKG still has another way to get this legislation through, by amending the Digital Fairness act which Ross went over in his recent video.
By his own words, "don't be discouraged by the commission's decision on this" They're very still well in this fight.
