I had a leak but wasn’t notified by the city until it had been going for 3 months, and then got the huge bill. Pissed. Had a small plumbing leak first month and then hose leak last month. (Those are my best guesses, even though the amount of water was smaaaaall).

It’s amazing how much CO2 accumulates pretty rapidly, from only 1 human in a typical room space. Improved immunity, and less dirt, dust, allergens, mold, you get the idea.
Just finished shoveling. I did my driveway and sidewalk. Aaaaand then the entire block. My side of street and other side. Holy. Moly. Took me 1 hour 13 minutes.
