Stephen Miller is a policy architect. Miller's equivalent in history would be someone like Wilhelm Frick, the Nazi lawyer who created the legal framework for the Holocaust. Frick was hanged at Nuremberg. Ben Gvir's equivalent would be Adolf Hitler, especially if his HaMishmar HaLeumi plan succeeds.
