What to do at 4.30am when you are wide awake? Go to the gym of course Who even am I?
Also used the lifting straps for the first time to improve grip on my shrugs. Bumped up from 36kg to 40kg for full rep count so can go a bit higher next time ... grip was definitely the limiting factor for that particular exercise so I added 3x15 reps forearm curls to try beef the grip strength up

Not to yuck anyone's yum but some of the rhetoric and actions in the grommr/gainer communities seems kinda dangerous health wise. I really hope the growing (and feeding) communities have found some kink-friendly medical practitioners so they can "grow" in a harm-reduced, healthier, and informed way

no gym today because i seem to be fighting something so double vitamin C and immune boosters, etc. Also, one of my strength goals is very much larger than I had appreciated. I want to bench my bodyweight (a little over 300lbs/135kg) not as a 1RM, but as my working weight for 4 sets of 10+ reps 👀
