We could be finding ways to have clear, efficient communication and eliminate unnecessary tasks, but instead it creates incentives to perform effort, and then fucks up so much that there's all of this additional work guarding against and repairing the fuckups.
So much of what I do is helping people reframe and prioritize so they stop putting effort into the wrong things.
The "AI" chatbot generative stuff offends me in so many ways because, in addition all the other material harms, it creates so much more work under the pretense of labor saving.
