I completely disagree, but I’m getting tired of people telling me I’m wrong about things that are literally my career and I have spent 8 years studying. I’ve written papers, factums and chapters of textbooks on this. But you’ll google some stuff and interpret it to fit your narrative, same old.

Careful with pushing this narrative. The lawyer is wrong. Have a look at @tifaret.bsky.social answers. Prompting has a high chance to not carry copyright, but AI enabled workflows most likely do. If someone talks in absolute, and all caps, they talk from emotion, not competence. World is complexe.
