this is not nearly as messy as it sounds. i think the only time i got glaze on my hand was when i touched the cap of the glaze bottle inappropriately. it also works well with string cheese cut in half if you don't have curds.

She taught me this thing where you wrap a piece of Canadian bacon around some arugula and a cheese curd and drizzle balsamic reduction on it and eat it like a taco. I haven't had more fun planning, snacks and meals with somebody for a trip, maybe ever.
