While I love the Blackheart gimmick, I'm not sure that putting the TV Title on Lio is the best idea. That's the belt where you want a guy going out there week in and week out putting on great matches, and you have to worry that Lio's gimmick could see diminishing returns with overexposure. #WatchROH
