I love how the article summary reads like gossip articles gushing about how lavish a celebrity's party or a royal's gala was. "Can you believe the opulence?! He has 22 doctors all for just himself!"
Working at the library, meeting an old high school classmate's mother who, as if I were not at work right at that moment, asked what I was doing now, only to be told I was, in fact...a librarian. "...W-well, that's a *noble* profession!" ...as if I had just said I was a full-time stripper?
When I asked what Former Classmate was doing she barely let me finish the sentence before blurting out that he was a lawyer.🙄 Former Classmate was always nicer and...classier...than his mother.
I get this all the time. Mine are apparently close to the surface and well-defined; phlebotomists practically fangirl/fanboy at me. I tell them, "Thanks, I work on 'em."

I maybe I don't think I don't know about scoring your drone footage montage of you blowing people up to the FRIENDS theme song, Ukrainian Predator of Heights Battalion 59th Assault Brigade

School boards are right there. So are library boards. It is not weird to stand up for the rights of kids to grow up safely if you don’t have kids. That’s called compassion, actually.
