BREAKING: Police Scotland have broken their silence 17 hours after violence and disorder was seen across the country. Three members of the public were attacked because of the colour of their skin, it has been confirmed.
NEW: Police have finally issued a statement nearly 18 hours after events - 3 men arrested and charged "in connection with various offences" - ages 31, 18 and 18 - 2 officers injured - 3 members of the public injured "because of the colour of their skin"
Over 17 hours after racist disorder in Glasgow - with masked men marching around seemingly targeting random black men and scrapping with police - Police Scotland have not put out a statement. Neither have Glasgow City Council This isn't good enough
