A lot of the responses to this are people being upset about pushing past the discouragement at not seeing improvement or making what they want.
That's the muscle you need to develop. Tbqh, even as your art gets better, that feeling does not. It just gets more nuanced.
Starting again is the skill.

Watching some folks in my industry trip over themselves to dogpile this lady to essentially say "shut up & dribble" has been so disappointing & it's the exact reason why so many below-the-line folks fear publicly talking about exploitive work conditions.
We had a several days-long argument about this and his core argument was that it's not the AI's fault it's destroying the environment and my career, it's the companies' fault, so as long as he knew it was bad he could keep using it. Which is such an insane thing to say that I gave up
A guy I knew told me he had been crying at work all day and felt "the worst he had in months" because I informed him that he lost my respect and we couldn't be friends due to the fact he used AI to help workshop his Tumblr posts
