Here's a quick look back at some of our photos from an action-packed events schedule over the last few days. Our Summer Safaris have been fascinating with various Ospreys putting in appearances. Y'day we enjoyed watching 022 successfully hunt and narrowly avoid a persistent Great Black-backed Gull.
A patch of bee orchids (~20 individuals) appeared on Whitley Bay Links, on some disturbed ground by a path. I've never seen them before. They may not be particularly rare, but they are certainly exotic
