Ohio SCT: An officer with multiple legal grounds for pulling over a car just needs one ground to continue the stop, if the others don't pan out. www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/rod/docs/pdf...
Justice Gorsuch's concurrence in particular is a great read. Here's the last two pages.
I was briefly quoted in it, FWIW.
US working with foreign law enforcement groups to crack a CSAM dark web site did not make foreign govt's search a "joint venture" that triggers the 4A, CA11 holds, and it wasn't plain error to say that the foreign search of US computer doesn't trigger the 4A. media.ca11.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub...

My guess is that the super-tight deadline, with such a late-Term argument, is a big barrier to what they can realistically do, how much they can revise, and the like. But we'll see.

Super-interesting story in Bloomberg from @zoetillman.bsky.social on how Google secretly fought DOJ's efforts during the Biden Administration to get reverse keyword search warrants to find the DNC/RNC pipebomber. www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
