When will white voters understand that a candidate with no experience is absolutely free to spout whatever big ideas and platitudes they want because they’ve never had to test whether or not they could get anything done.
I’m not good with allowing the Democratic Party to move this way. I’m not good with us saying we need to cater to the people who are most likely to harm every other subgroup in our country.
Your sole argument can’t be that he’s an outsider (has no experience), that he has a penis, and that he looks scruffy and has a scratchy voice.
I feel like I’ve taken crazy pills when “progressives” are making the case for a certain kind of triangulation where we think we’ll make social progress by just laying off of people who don’t see or don’t care if some of our friends and family are harmed and saying we’ll get them free health care.
I’m actually kind of looking forward to 5 more months of this.
