You know, it is. I rather code something up and know what the fuck the code does than play the slot machine of an LLM.
Do I, for the upcoming regional in Indianapolis:
A. Play the deck I won a Cup with, maybe with one or two changes.
B. Go fuck it, we ball with Slowking.
Okay, @lordravenscraft.bsky.social, I'm watching Speed Racer (2008) with the Mrs at just short of 1 AM in the morning. This is certainly a choice we have decided to make. Even the commercials ahead of the movie are a fucking trip, including seeing the ad for the Wii game.
This is your unscheduled Apcarnist bitch that fuck AI and fuck all those who worship it. Hopefully I survive this week at San Fran still with my job, not completely having lost my marbles, and not with a record.
So did 2 League Cups this weekend, with Owlless Bolt. While the first one was 3/2, I just won a League Cup of 21 players!
Oh, I forgot to update: I am not going to LA for the Pokemon Regional. Tried to get into wave 2 and it sold out in 15 seconds. Ugh.
So time to go to San Fran for a bloody Company Offsite that is "optional" (read: mandatory because attendance rates sucked when it was optional) and then home. Weee.
So my company wants to integrate a feature using weather forecasting... but instead of just manually seeing when weather events were happening and scheduling based on that information, they want to just jam AI into it. We had The Weather Channel for 4 decades before generative AI, jackasses.
5 minutes. 5 bloody minutes for LA to sell out TCG Masters. Well, better hope I get wave 2 or I need to quietly figure out how I am getting home instead.
This weekend in Seattle was a bit... odd. Like when I was imagining MUs, this was the plan. Hell, on Live (not saying it represents reality), I haven't seen Absol Box in who knows how long. Also, definitely a lot of bricks.
Lillie's into 8 items under item lock? Damn you, Tymora!
