Not a huge surprise honestly - I was flinching on stairs for weeks after my knee stopped hurting going down them, it took a while to unlearn so probably good from a rehab standpoint to do some different things, just surprised how much my right side absolutely did not want to participate here
Trying to figure out if I can learn this myself without pissing off my knee.
There will not be video.
As I said in the original thread these kinds of dance steps are things I did as a kid / teen, it's not like I've never seen them before but after 6 months of having to be careful what I do with my right leg my brain is a major barrier to coordination
Just tried a few steps and I think it's low impact enough that the injury per se is not going to be an issue but I just realized there's a brain thing happening where my right leg is telling me NOPE about doing anything remotely unusual
our president may not have a strategy for this crisis, but I do
This is my winter riding kit.
Last winter, a truck blew a stop sign and missed killing me by less than three inches. The driver insisted he did not see me. Wearing this. In broad daylight on a sunny morning.
