In at least 21 of the 30 deaths, the killers - or the suspects in their killings - were well-known to the women.
There was just a beautiful moment in the England v Costa Rica where the commentary dream team of Sam Matterface and Lee Dixon just ran out of things to say, and so they just shut up.
