Sadly, in #Scotland #libraries close in poorer areas first. Politicians Iive in richer middle class areas in plush leafy suburbs with libraries. The former need libraries the latter can afford to buy books. In East Kilbride 2 libraries have closed since 2013 & another 2 libraries are PT only.
