Going for a nap, time to put on Forensic Files!
I know it’s arrogant, I know I was never better than anyone else. But I miss feeling like I was someone important at work. Feels like my career has been regressing. I don’t wanna be humbled grandpa!
It shouldn't be a surprise, but this writing about code applies so well to other areas of expertise, too. Maybe all of them. I encounter problems in my animation job that I probably learned how to solve after bashing my head against scenes for days, years ago. The experience IS the work.
