ngl yall my spirits are quite low right now and I could use some kind words of encouragement. This cluster headache cycle im enduring is the worst I've ever experienced. Haven't been able to go anywhere or do anything fun and the pain is exhausting and relentless.

It is very lonely to have a chronic illness nobody understands and has no cure (im sure other folks can relate). It can be frustrating because I know when people hear 'headaches' they don't get that it's one of the most painful conditions a human can have.
I havent been able to have normal jobs my adult life because of it and thankfully I have a bf and long time friends that know how severe it can be but oof its been a lonely two weeks and I'm just really run down.
