Going to work on getting all my comic posters up. In July, I'm going to get some comic capsules for my display books.
This is now my oldest non-facsimile comic, Superman 164, the appearance of the planet Lexor, where Lex is seen as a champion of the people, Superman is powerless, and he will eventually start a family. This is the first story that will lead directly into his building of the Warsuit.
This was such an intriguing thought: people complain that kids can't relate to a 40 year old property, YET we all related to the Lord of the Rings.
Already, this is interesting because it's the first I've heard Dan discuss how Secret Galaxy started
You know, seeing all the clips, togetherness, and joy... I think the World Cup might be better than the Olympics at accomplishing the goal of the Olympics.
Dan's thoughts on the MOTU movie almost mirrors my first viewing thoughts. I will say, that with more viewings, those moments don't sting as bad and you understand why it works.
