Together with @Alina Potemska, we presented and tested "In Our Shoes", an interactive LARP tool, designed to challenge how we research & communicate migration.
A new study finds that ten years after arriving in Germany in 2015, 64% of refugees are now employed.
Yet, their average income remains just 70% of that of German citizens, and the gender gap is striking: while 76% of men are employed, only 35% of women have found work.
