The insanity of Trump's war will reverbate for years. On the plus side, the transition to renewable energy sources will continue to be supercharged.
The irony is that sports bars can't show UFC fights unless they pay the old rights fees to the UFC, which requires them to charge a cover fee to anyone coming in so they can cover their costs. Meanwhile, folks can opt to watch at home via Paramount+ for less $.

Love this observation. And also, soccer is barely a second-tier sport in terms of TV ratings. Absolutely fascinating how big this World Cup is in the US. I genuinely can't stand to watch soccer (it's beyond boring) but I do love the energy that the crowds are bringing. Reminds me of the Olympics.
