From an optics standpoint, #NUFC can’t sanction anything until they get at least a couple of deals done. Spurs’ desperation and City’s involvement bode well for us

If Spurs want Tonali, they need to be willing to go to a level on the transfer fee and wages that City aren't willing to. That's the reality of their situation and it works to our advantage. #NUFC
Really enjoying watching Isak drop a 2/10 on the world stage
I know we haven’t signed anyone, but Elanga and Wissa are going to *feel* like new signings #NUFC #HappyClapper
I know swap deals aren’t a thing, but Vuskovic and Bergvall for Tonali would probably suit both clubs
Tonali, Gordon and Isak hardly looked like bargains when we signed them, but #NUFC has made a massive profit on those deals. We played it safe last summer and wound up massively overspending on Elanga and Wissa.
Elanga covering Isak’s mistake
I'd love him at #NUFC. Would have loved him at last summer, doesn't seem like we're going back.
Grant Hanley was our 4th choice CB in the Championship nearly a decade ago. #NUFC
But it's also the reality of our situation. We've got two huge fees, so spend a little extra on wages, up the fee by a few mil and get the players you want over the line. If the players we want are on the radar of "bigger clubs" it's necessary #NUFC
