Dear PM @mark-carney.bsky.social, Portland has it. Denver has it. Why can't Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, St. Johns, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Yellowknife, Charlottown, Whitehorse, Iqaluit, Toronto, Moncton... why can't we have e-bike rebates?
