Believing signing a document is self-executing, especially at this level, is a classic mark of someone who knows nothing about how anything works. Unfortunately the whole regime selects for these sort of know-nothings.
Ok what's kinda funny about these panels is how lame they are. Like the kind of topics the most off-putting needs think is edgy but is absolutely not.

For folks who think you need a strong Republican Party at the city or even state level to provide meaningful political competition, it should be interesting that much of the competition is coming fromnon-Republican aligned left factions.
The obvious way to write a satire about the Trump and MAGA is to write about all the people who repeatedly beclown themselves because they're cowards, and how the big man himself completely and utterly humiliates them every time.
