Thankful for my therapist. Of all the mental healthcare providers I've ever worked with he's the one who has Gotten It the most. I'm really glad I was able to begin seeing him again
I feel a kind of peace when I get into bed after a Long day. I know that I accomplished literally everything that was within my safe physical and mental capacity today. I did a car repair, I did a grocery shop, I did household dinner, I helped get ready for the contractors to come tomorrow.
