I'm so glad Blizz is adding newer and flashier spell effects to Arcane, especially for an Arcane Blast proc! Would love to see them do this for more abilities since we got so many shiny new Arcane VFX in Midnight and TWW!

There is some clipping, which is to be expected, but that should be left in the player's hands. It looks SOOOOOOO much better with hair, make it a toggle for all helms!! There are like 6 recolors too!!
