In its zeal to post and boast about subpoenaing Gov. Walz and Minnesota gov't offices, DOJ gave the judge all the excuse he needed to unseal the order quashing the subpoenas.
These fools would rather score social media points than win their abusive cases.

We must establish the principle that POTUS is *not* above the law. The only way to do that is impeachment.

DOJ now 0-9 in cases seeking to seize sensitive voter data from the states. This time, another Trump-appointed judge (this makes 5 out of the 9 appointed by the current president) ruled that DOJ has no authority under federal law to demand this data.
