I'd missed this Jefferson Pooley LSE blog piece, "The Matthew effect in AI summary." blogs.lse.ac.uk/impactofsoci... Really interesting to see him using Merton in it like I did in my "KULA" piece (doi.org/10.18357/kul...). Brainwave!
