She says and smiles at him.

She tears up as he gives her the doll. She holds it and looks up at him.
“your variant from my universe gave me this. It's exactly the same one.”
She hugs it close and cries.
“He said no one would take him from me. But they did. Please don't let anyone take you too.”
She moves to the bed and sits down. Then she looks up at him.
“I don't want to be alone..”
She says, her voice barely above a whisper.
She smiles.
“I know, dad.”
She yawns a little.
“Right now, I'm feeling very tired and eepy.”
“and you know how much I like annoying you”
She smirks.
She smiles up at him, her arms tightening around him.
“I know you'll.”
She stands up. And then she wraps her arms around his neck, burying her face on his chest.
“Atleast I found you...”
She pulls away just enough to look up at him.
“I'll not let anyone take you from me this time.”
“You do know I'm going to make ants crawl on you? Like I did when I was little”
She giggles.
“In the forest yes. You were close. Both you and mum. Jumped in front of me”
She looks down sadly.
“In my universe, you died saving me”
She mumbles while eating slowly, and then looks at him subtly, studying his face, trying to see if it can show what he feels.
“I mean I did kill some humans experimenting on the mutant kids I was friends with.”
