Microsoft, make a new Conker game. I am no longer asking.
They basically had to choose whether to pull out of the console business altogether and just go third party or give it one last go. Their next gen stuff was too far in development to pull out so their choice was made.
Xbox's gloves came off as soon as Sony pulled out of putting their exclusives on PC imo. Those games would have been playable on the next Xbox. Since that's not happening anymore Xbox have realised the only way they're going to be able to compete is to withhold their games from PlayStation.
