Finished the rough draft for part four!! Bit delayed due to being sick but I guess I was thinking real hard about it the whole time because I finished in like, three days.
While it's not AS short as I'd hoped, I did achieve my goal of making it shorter than previous chapters, by 20~ pages!
One day I am going to thumbnail a comic chapter that comes in at/under my page budget and drop dead from shock
Bummer ....... a "pen license" in Aus is just a cute little certificate young kids get that says they're "allowed" to use pens and not just pencils on their schoolwork. Like nobody enforces it and it's not serious but it's sweet & fun and makes little kids feel more mature & capable
