It’s been a few years since writing my ‘No Platform’ book, so am interested in hearing about new research into the student movement in Britain (particularly 1960s-90s).
I know of the special issue of Cultural and Social History, but other suggestions most welcome!

During the final qualifying rounds for the 1966 World Cup in England, the UK government were concerned about the potential involvement of North Korea. North Korea had to play Australia, which the UK Foreign Office believed that Australia would win. North Korea defeated Australia 9-2 on aggregate.
