Noodling around in the Shane/Ilya tab on AO3, I stumbled on an 88-chapter (!), 400K-word (!) WIP that's been updating on the reg since January and still has "?" as total number of chapters.
And I'm overwhelmed, all over again, by the generosity, the ambition, the dedication of fic writers.
Ugh. Two WIPs I've enjoyed so much stopped posting this week bc trolls in the HR fandom were harassing the authors.
Where do I go to gently suggest that people grow up or fuck off? I want my stories back!
