I’ve had a very tight hamstring for a month. Yet today I realised that rather than letting it dictate my speed, I could push on without it really bothering me. I may regret it tomorrow mind 🏃♂️

Why the heck is Reeves getting caught offside? Either BBC Sport has got the name wrong, or some weird wizzardry is at play with JJ’s tactics.
That has to go down as one of the worst halves of football we’ve played this season. Fair play to Orient who changed the system and played much quicker and braver. We didn’t have a clue how to play them, and didn’t change tactics at all. That has to go down to the management.

This may sound daft but we’re only six points off the playoffs now. So IF we were to make it to the promised land of the Championship would it be OK to take the £11m prize money, pay off a huge chunk of the bond debt and go back down to League One after a season? Maybe it would in the long term.
