We're three (3) weeks away from the Tall Ships Parade of Sail on July 11.
Can anyone explain why SailBoston's official map of Seaport viewing locations excludes Fan Pier Park, Pier 4 and the "Massport Viewing Area," and conflates $225-$375 per ticket bleachers on Fish Pier with free, public sites?
