I’d have to double check on if you can migrate away from a PDS if your account has been taken down.
But adversarial migrations are usually you do not include the PDS in the migration at all. You’re uploading your own data and handling the switch to the new PDS without the PDS initiating it

Okay. Android/expo/mobile app question
Does android key store get backed up and can be restored when you swap devices? I believe iOS’s keychain does this, checking to see if something similar is there for the other side and in expo/react native.
It will be for securely storing a did:key
