So I did get out in the heat. Focused on plant downsizing and pulling weeds. If this is the work God has given me to do, I have to wonder why. Why is spending my only good 2 hours of energy pulling weeds his desire?

I have now also put my outdoor lounger up on my deck (not by the pool) so while gardening, it is available for me to go horizontal outdoors. I can feel my body realign when I do this. Adding salt to my morning water and electrolyte seems to help too. #ME/CFS (Mild)
When done, he said come and have a look. 'Walk around' he said. I said 'No, I don't want to.' He said, "It's good for you." I tried to explain I have a fatigue syndrome. But he would NEVER understand, like the other guy I tried to hire whjo said "get well soon". #ME/CFS (mild)
Today while putting on makeup, I noticed a cyst I had on my eyelid for over 2 yrs was suddenly gone. Wow, miracles to happen, don't stop believing!

My energy is not what it used to be. I don't have endurance, but learning pacing #ME/CFS and sipping electrolytes most of the day, using a dry mouth tablet, choosing to spray weeds instead of pull them, and encorporating my newest discipline have helped me have good days.
I finally found a guy to mow my lawn. It was a rough go trying to pin down the right person. He is an immigrant so I wasn't sure I was making sense to him. I tried to tell him about my fatigue that I could no longer push mow the messy areas up and down slopes. #ME/CFS
People on here with #ME/CFs want connection and not isolation but I find those I comment to are often rude, sulky, defensive back. There is no point.
I try to reserve Thursday for my personal reboot--the day I have a shower and wash and dry my hair and go to a small Bible study group. It's with a Joyce Meyer book which I always practical, though we read the Psalms first. The rest of the week has focused on doing what I can in my garden. #ME/CFS
My newest discovery (always learning), is to go horizontal a lot of movement or standing. I have an exercise table in my former dining room. After puttering around the house or garden, I lay flat on it 5-30 min. A doctor says the body immediately begins to self-regulate.
