Trying out some pan pastels and they are wild for toning the paper first! So smooth and dreamy, applied with a big fat makeup brush~ making me wonder… can you draw with eyeshadow palettes?

What the fuck, are tire places only selling to suckers now??? Guy tried to sell me 4 tires for my lil hatchback and the lowest he could offer me was $800. Go to a lil hole in the wall place instead and get four new tires ordered for under 400.
