For 28 years, we've honored servicewomen and veterans at an annual bipartisan wreath laying.  This year, the event, traditionally at Arlington National Cemetery was canceled because of an Executive Order from Trump banning “diversity events.” We're showing up any way.

Join us in honoring the women who served and sacrificed at 9:00 am ET. Link in our bio.
$70 billion dollars can feed 30 million children. $70 billion dollars is 100 times what we give the Office of Violence Against Women. But Republicans prefer to use this money to fund a rogue ICE and CBP that is terrorizing communities. It's shameful and not what the American people want.
DWC member @balint.house.gov is an incredible advocate for her community and for women and families across the community. Videos like the one posted about her are deceptive, confusing, and dangerous. We need transparency and accountability around when AI is used in political communications.
TODAY Republicans are trying to give ICE and CBP even more money to terrorize communities instead of lowering costs. This $70 billion check has no restrictions, no accountability, and no protections for pregnant women suffering in detention. It's inhumane.
Nearly six million women have had a gun used against them by an intimate partner. That’s why we’re fighting for bipartisan, life‑saving gun control legislation—because everybody deserves safety at home, in their relationship, and in their community.
That’s why we’re urging Speaker Johnson to protect women nationwide by removing a provision from the BUILD America 250 Act that would shield rideshare companies, such as Uber and Lyft, from liability when passengers are sexually assaulted, injured, or killed during their rides.
June is Gun Violence Prevention and Awareness month. Every month, more than 70 women in America are shot and killed by an intimate partner.
Rideshare companies that market themselves as safe and reliable transportation options must protect passengers and drivers alike.   Congress must strengthen rideshare safety protections and increase corporate accountability—not create pathways for immunity for multibillion-dollar corporations.
