Gotcha, thanks. I agree that the headline is a bit exaggerated. However the position of the Cdn Bar Assoc and many interveners is important and must be heard by the Supreme Court. Sadly, the 5 year limit doesn't help groups whose human rights were taken away by preemptive use of NWS clause.
