Meeple Mountain received a review request the other day for a game that included the phrase, "If you enjoy [the game], please share your honest thoughts with your audience." This response to my review is the opposite of that ethos.

This is a really fair assessment- Inkwell does sit between a lot of inspirations, and that seems to create an interesting divide for those that love it and those that don’t. It’s great as a game because it is so loved by our own crew, but also a learning experience- how art interacts with the world.

A new review up on Meeple Mountain today, this time for Inkwell from @dvcgames.bsky.social. This is safely my least favorite of DVC's generally splendid catalogue, betwixt and between three different games without ever quite carving out its own space.
